20 Oct 2016

The Morrisons Foundation is supporting the work of Scottish Veterans Residences with a £10,000 donation.
The donation will be used to refurbish the lift at Rosendael and will ensure that people with mobility needs can make best use of the facilities on offer.
The Morrisons Foundation, a charity set up by the supermarket, awards grants for charity projects which make a positive difference to people’s lives. Since launching in 2015 the Morrisons Foundation has funded a wide range of projects, supporting charities in local communities throughout Scotland.
David Scott, trustee of the Morrisons Foundation, said “We are delighted to have awarded this grant to Scottish Veterans Residencies. They provide important support for ex-service men and women of all ages and I’m pleased that our donation will help to ensure the facilities at Rosendael are accessible to veterans with mobility needs.”
