Situated in Broughty Ferry, a suburb of Dundee, Rosendael enjoys a
tranquil location ideally placed for all local amenities with a regular bus
service to Dundee city centre.
Veterans have their own fully furnished en-suite room in this beautiful house set in extensive grounds. All meals are provided in the dining room and veterans can relax in the conservatory or resident’s lounges or meet up with other veterans. A full laundry service is also included.

Professionally qualified staff help residents with housing or other support to maintain their occupancy or move on into their own housing where possible. Other support such access to a therapeutic counsellor is available as required.
Activities available include gardening in the beautiful grounds, art, cycling, access to a local gym and the opportunity to take part in outdoor weeks in the Highlands. Regular social events are also organised for our veterans.

Accommodation charges
Accommodation charges paid by residents are based on each individual's circumstances. For those residents who are on limited means, the charges are met by a combination of personal contribution, based on personal circumstances, and statutory funding support.
Accessing this service
All referrals are welcomed from any agencies supporting veterans as well as self-referrals. Every application is assessed by a professionally qualified social care worker to determine whether our support service can meet the applicant’s support needs.
