Celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee

There was a real air of celebration across our 3 Residences as friends, family and colleagues joined our residents at Platinum Jubilee parties in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. Highlights included a display of Veterans' artwork at Rosendael, a caricaturist capturing likenesses in Glasgow and live musical entertainment everywhere. Our chefs did a fantastic job on the barbeques and Rosendael's chef Nigel Richards-Clark replicated the famous Jubilee pudding which was delicious!

We welcomed honoured guests such as the Provost of Angus, colleagues from organisations such as Housing Options Scotland and SSAFA, and fellow Veterans from the Royal Naval Asociation and Association of Wrens to help us celebrate Her Majesty's unique 70th Jubilee.

It was wonderful for our Veterans, who have served the Queen so proudly in all 3 Services, to be able to join in the national celebrations. We extend grateful thanks to the National Lottery Community Fund and everyone who plays the lottery for enabling these very special occasions.
