Welcome To Scottish Veterans' Residences
SVR is Scotland's oldest ex-service charity, founded in 1910 to support independent living for ex-service men and women of all ages and their spouses who find themselves in tims of need.
We work in close co-operation with Scottish Veterans Housing Association which operates 2 residences: Whitefoord House in Edinburgh and Rosendael in Broughty Ferry, Dundee.
At SVR we believe that every ex-Service man or woman deserves the best quality of support, services, consideration and understanding we can provide. SVR provides unique and unrivalled accommodation as well as supporting independent living. We enable our residents to live in a safe, secure and supportive community environment.

Every penny we raise goes towards maintaining the high standards of accommodation, facilities and support that every one of our veterans deserves. SVR works in alliance with several organisations including Veterans Aid, a charity which helps homeless veterans in London.
