The accommodation is full board with a laundry service and each of the 45 single rooms has en-suite facilities. Rosendael was fully refurbished in 2008 and has first class facilities and delightful public rooms including a conservatory, snooker room and residents lounges.

Rosendael is home for 45 veterans' of all ages who enjoy life to the full, retaining their independence in a supportive community environment. All meals are served in the residents dining room. A laundry service is included and each single room is fully furnished and has en-suite facilities.
Residents can relax in the conservatory or enjoy the extensive grounds . Family and friends can be entertained in the Frank Proctor Kyd suite with tea and coffee available from the new cafe/shop. Social and commemorative events are enjoyed in the Grampian Lounge. The manager of the residence supervises all aspects of its running and the welfare of the residents.

Accommodation charges paid by residents are based on each individuals personal circumstances. For those residents who are on limited means the charges are met by a combination of personal contribution, based on personal circumstances, and statutory funding support e.g. Housing Benefit and Income Support. No applicant is ever turned away for financial reasons.
